Lisa is accomplished as a solution driven owner’s representative leading organizational leadership and operations improvement teams in the development and delivery of safe, effective, sustainable, and human-centered work and infrastructure systems design. Her expertise is in working with cross-functional performance teams to facilitate process optimization to increase product and service delivery efficiency and outcome reliability. She is recognized for her skill in effective performance improvement and cultural transformation management, as well as being a viable source for effective content development and expertise in the achievement of human-centered quality and service excellence. Her experience includes quality management system mobilization within the context of enterprise-wide strategy, workforce development, corporate and environmental sustainability, and capital improvement planning with both US and internationally based organizations.
Lisa is an ASQ Certified Six-Sigma Black Belt expert in Lean and Statistical Process Control of service and product delivery processes. She holds a Masters of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Systems Science and Engineering with a concentration on Human Factors and Resilient Design for Healthcare at SUNY Binghamton. Her professional background also includes over twenty years of tenure in the field of healthcare design and operations sustainability management. She currently holds professional licenses with the States of Tennessee and Florida Boards for Architecture, Engineering and Design regulation, Center for Health Design Evidence-Based Design Accreditation and Certification, and is a US Green Building Council LEED Accredited Professional for Building Design and Construction.
